GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
No replacement classes will be provided if the cancellation is notified less than 48 hours in advance. The lesson will be considered as a paid session.
Replacement classes are allowed if:
More than 1-week prior notice is given.
The lesson is rescheduled to another day within the same week (subject to availability).
Fees paid are non-refundable.
PAYMENT METHODS
Payment must be made on or before the 4th lesson for the next renewal of term classes.
Payments should be made via PayNow to 89150328 for music courses.
MEDICAL CERTIFICATION POLICY
Replacement classes will only be given with a valid Medical Certificate.
Absence from class must be informed as soon as possible, with a minimum of 12 hours’ notice.
Students who frequently postpone or cancel classes may be rejected from receiving replacement sessions.
WEATHER & OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES
Consideration will be given on a case-by-case basis, with a one-time grace period provided. Fees remain non-refundable.
Compassionate Leave will be granted, allowing students to resume classes the following month.
TRAVEL ADVISORY NOTICE
No fees will be collected for the week if either the teacher or student is traveling. The lesson will be automatically excluded.
Travel notices should be communicated as soon as possible, with a minimum of one month’s notice, or before the start of any class.
Lesson dates must be confirmed in advance by both parties before the commencement of classes.
Fees are non-refundable once paid.
